What Is Milestone Planning?<\/h2>\n

The term milestone planning refers to the process of marking milestones on a project schedule<\/a>. Milestone planning is primarily done by project managers who will find critical points in the project life cycle and mark them as project milestones so that their team understands what are the key deliverables, activities or phases that need to be completed.<\/p>\n
